Here are the details for our Spanish Holiday Villa in the residential area of La Marina, mid way between Alicante Airport and Murcia Airport in Southern Spain on the Costa Blanca, available for your next holiday by the clear, blue Mediterranean sea.

The bungalow style Villa means all the rooms are on one level with two double bedrooms and one twin room.

The Villa has all year use of a stunning communal swimming pool which is clean and well maintained.

For those who want to soak up the sun there is the spacious sun terrace on the roof of the villa or, just 10 minutes drive away, is the superb beach of La Marina which boasts glorious blue flag sand, clear blue Mediterranean sea and a bar with a restaurant for meals, refreshments and drinks during the summer months. The Villa has the extra bonus of a Climate Control Cooling/Heating system. There are 2 Air Conditioning Units in the Villa, one in the master bedroom and one in the lounge. During Summer they can be used for Cooling and during the cooler Winter nights they can be used as Heaters.
